When reporting problems, please include the following:
- Is the problem reproducible? If so, how?
- What version of Windows are you running? For example, Windows 95, Windows NT 4.0, etc. Please see the section titled System Requirements for minimum requirements for your system.
- What version of the program are you running? Open the About dialog box for your program and include the entire title and version line in your problem report.
- If a dialog box with an error message was displayed, please include the full text of the dialog box and the text in the title bar.
- If you provide us with your contact information, we will be able to reach you in case we have any questions.
