Alternatively, we may display the amended Terms of Service to you when you access your OneClickChat account, in which case such terms shall be effective when posted. We may terminate this Terms of Service immediately for any reason.

Due to the existing legal and technical environment of the Internet, we cannot ensure that all of your private communications and other personally identifiable information will not be unexpectedly disclosed. By way of example (without limiting the foregoing), we may be forced to disclose your private communications to the government under certain circumstances, or third parties may unlawfully intercept or access transmissions or private communications.

We provide your OneClickChat account and our services on an "As Is" basis. Our suppliers, partenrs, affiliates and we expressly disclaim all warranties or conditions of any kind, express, implied or statutory, including without limitation the implied warranties of title, non infringement, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. You understand that our services may be unavailable for extended periods of time, and we do not warrant or ensure the continuous availability of our services. We may discontinue any or all services provided to you at any time without notice to you. Some states do not allow the disclaimer of implied warranties, so the foregoing disclaimer may not apply to you.

In no event shall our suppliers, partners, affiliates or we be liable for any lost profits or special, incidental or consequential damages (however arising, including negligence) arising out of or in connection with your OneClickChat account or this Terms of Service. We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting directly or indirectly from the use of the OneClickChat service.

If any provision of this Terms of Service is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, all unaffected provisions or elements shall remain in full force and effect. Any failure on our part to enforce any portion of this Terms of Service does not serve to waive the enforceability of the remaining portions or other breaches on your part regarding this Terms of Service.
